ASPIRE Seberang Perai was created as a platform to connect the people of Seberang Perai with MBSP. This application is developed with informative and interactive features, it is integrated directly with the internal system of MBSP. ASPIRE is able to provide the latest information regarding MBSP, Seberang Perai, Penang State Government, including current promotions conducted in line with ASPIRE's motto "Innovate - Connect - Inspire".

ASPIRE is a smart application that helps Seberang Perai residents obtain the latest information in Seberang Perai, receive notifications on bills and make payments using alternative payment gateways that are efficient and more convenient. Payment information will be recorded in real-time and this will ease dealings with MBSP.

This application is the first application in Seberang Perai that was created in accordance with the theme of making Seberang Perai a "Smart and Low Carbon City" and it can reduce the congestion of people at the MBSP counter
